Sandy Leigh Skipper considers photography her passion.  She loves taking photos of nature and animals. Skipper is a Virginia Railway Express 15th Anniversary photo contest winner. Her picture of Quantico Station won best station photograph. She won honorable mention in the Fredericksburg Center for Creative Arts (FCCA) April 2009 Regional Show for her photo Frozen. In November 0f 2009 she won second place in the FCCA Small Works National Show for Puppy in Motion. Sandy was awarded honorable mention for Longest Icicle in the April 2010 FCCA Regional Show.
